Fellow Unit Owners,

We are shocked by the news of Jason Levy’s guilty plea and imprisonment for crimes he committed prior to working for AMG and the Village.

We fully support the Association’s investigation into possible wrongdoing by Mr. Levy, and anyone else, during his employment as our property manager.

The unit owners should know that the 2012 Board fully vetted AMG prior to contracting their services.  This included contacting other properties where AMG was employed.  In every case AMG’s performance was given a very positive rating.  

When AMG recommended Mr. Levy to be our on-site manager, we had no reason to doubt that they had properly vetted their own employee.  In fact, Mr. Levy’s position within the AMG hierarchy lent further assurance that we were being offered the services of a highly competent, ethical manager. 

Again, the undersigned members of the 2012 Board of Directors encourage the investigation of all aspects of Mr. Levy’s activities during the time he was our property manager.  The unit owners deserve no less.
